beta-tubulin; To analyze microtubule function and cell division in Marchantia, the expression of four MpTUBs was compared and TUB1 was found to be most uniformly expressed in Marchantia polymorpha tissues. The live-cell microtubule marker MpTUB1-GFP was generated, which is expressed under the control of the MpEF1a promoter.
